ABSOLUTELEY disapointing experience! first, I had two rooms booked, but only one was ready at check-in. Then, receiving a call hours later saying my reservation was canceled due to overbooking was RIDICULOUS! Plus, after all that, I expected at least a complimentary coffee, but no. I just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

The staff friendliness was an absolute highlight. We especially loved having a kitchenette in our room, making it easier to prepare meals. The free coffee bar was an excellent morning perk!

However, one bed frame was poorly assembled, causing a bit of annoyance during our stay. We had to navigate around the protruding bracket carefully, which was inconvenient.

Had an amazing time with friends! The kitchenette in our room was perfect for meals after an adventurous day at the Kansas City Zoo, checking out the new Orangutan Canopy. We loved the billiards table available too! The staff was friendly, and it was a quiet spot despite being close to attractions.

The hotel is located near multiple dining options, making meal planning convenient.

I faced a frustrating situation regarding my room reservation. Even after checking in at 3:00 PM, I was informed later that my reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. This left my family and me scrambling for accommodations late at night, which was extremely stressful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Candlewood in Selsa. The Queen Suite was really good, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette and impressively comfy bedding. Devany at the front desk offered warm service The location provided a peaceful atmosphere, which I appreciated for relaxation.

The well-furnished living area was appreciated, but the noisy hallway disrupted our sleep.

Loved the fun lending library with gadgets and games! The kitchenette was perfect, and the nearby jogging path was a delightful bonus for a stroll.

However, the gym looked great, but alas, my workout spirit didn’t quite match it! Also, can someone stop the endless coffee refills? I’m already jittery!
